The Inter-Agency Career Week 2026 is a joint initiative of 33 international organizations, committed to supporting personnel in navigating their career paths within an evolving and interconnected IO system.

Designed for personnel at all levels and across all functions, this week-long event offers over 40 virtual sessions held across time zones and in English, French, and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for colleagues worldwide. It provides a space to reflect on your career trajectory, strengthen core skills, and explore opportunities for development, mobility, and impact. Through Clinics, Panel Discussions and Presentations, this year’s agenda focuses on key themes such as navigating inter-agency transitions, developing skills for the future of work, building personal learning strategies, enhancing resilience, and supporting inclusive and sustainable careers.

Registration and participation are limited to personnel from the 33 participating agencies. The website is intended for internal use only, so please do not share the link or access details widely, as there is a limited capacity for live attendees.

If you have any questions regarding the programme or registration, please contact the staff development team or human resource department in your organization.
