Cette session portera sur les opportunités de carrière au sein des Nations Unies, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les postes de début de carrière destinés aux jeunes professionnels du monde entier. Les participants pourront ainsi mieux comprendre le fonctionnement du processus de recrutement pour ces postes et découvrir comment optimiser leurs chances de soumettre des candidatures de qualité.

Sophie Macé

Sophie Macé has been the Staffing Team Lead at UNOV for the past four years, managing with her great team all staff recruitments for UNOV, UNODC and other clients offices. Her current work spans across 90+ field offices with several hundred recruitments per year. Over the past 10 years she held various human resources and leadership roles in the UN System including in recruitment, benefits and entitlements, classification and org. design, budget, reporting as well as outreach and diversity. Prior to her career at the UN, Sophie worked in the private sector including at McKinsey and Company for several years. She holds an MSc. in International Human Resources from the London School of Economics, and two Bachelor degrees as well as a Maîtrise from the Sorbonne University in Paris.

Valentina Cocco

With a proven track record of nearly 20 years in human resources, training, communication, administration, and programme management, Valentina excels in fostering strong client relationships through effective communication. Her current specializations include talent acquisition and management, career support, training, coaching, and job evaluation.

Holding a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Master in Foreign Languages and Literatures, Valentina's experience spans three continents. She cherishes the opportunity for direct client engagement and is adept at using her communication skills to devise innovative problem-solving strategies.
