What if your career choices were guided by what truly energises you? In this session, you will explore your core motivators and understand how they influence the decisions you make, the roles you thrive in, and the environments where you perform at your best.
You will learn how to use your motivators as a practical compass for career choices, helping you identify better-fit opportunities and make more intentional decisions. The session will also provide concrete strategies to actively boost and sustain your motivation, ensuring you remain engaged, focused, and resilient as your career evolves.
