Erin is currently an HR Officer in the Career Development and Transition Unit at IOM, with over 20 years of diverse experience across talent management, communications, programme management, external relations, and migration policy—bringing a broad, practical understanding of how careers evolve within complex, mission‑driven organisations. She regularly designs and facilitates career development learning experiences for global audiences. Her facilitation approach emphasizes structured reflection, peer learning, and practical tools that help participants step back, make sense of their career journeys, and reconnect their skills, values, and aspirations to real opportunities.
Erin is a certified Leadership Coach and CCS Licensed Balance™ Coach and holds an MA in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and BA in Political Science and German from Susquehanna University.
Shihui is a People Development Analyst at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), bringing expertise in project management, learning design, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, and data analysis. She is passionate about innovation, with strengths in agile delivery and strategic communication. She actively champions automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency and improve ways of working, while leveraging data-driven insights to support impactful decision-making and strengthen learning and talent development initiatives. Beyond her professional role, Shihui has volunteered in Egypt, Nepal, and Kenya, reflecting her strong commitment to social impact and global development.
