Liz Oseland, account director and coach, has a background working in Programme and Partnership Manager roles. She is a Coach and Trainer, working with individuals and teams around the world to think differently.
She is passionate about working with individuals to gain clarity on their purpose in life to explore career options with confidence. Creatively overcoming barriers to take practical steps for change to discover a refreshed focus on goals.
A few of her favourite things are mindmapping, building relationships and any activity in or on the water.
Hannah Nash is director, business development executive and coach. She has a background in public sector outplacement support, successfully placing individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
She’s driven by helping others achieve and seeing others succeed, particularly when they don’t know they need career help.
A few of her favourite work things are problem solving, building business and personal relationships and making a difference whilst having fun because: “You can’t take yourself too seriously.”
Peter Sonerell brings over 25 years of international HR and people management experience. He is currently People Development Specialist in UNDP's Office of Human Resources, Talent Development Unit, where he leads global career and skills initiatives supporting more than 22,000 personnel across 170 countries.
Since joining UNDP in 2012, Peter has held leadership roles at headquarters and in the field — including as Head of HR in Somalia and Afghanistan — navigating large-scale organizational change, major transitions, and workforce transformation across diverse and complex environments.
In this session, Peter shares his personal story of taking ownership of his career: embracing change, staying curious, and finding ways to keep himself and others engaged — even in the most demanding contexts. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool.
