Kirsten Fonager

Kirsten Fonager is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of international experience spanning both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as an HR Specialist at UNOPS in Copenhagen. She has held progressive roles within the organization for more than 14 years, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and strategic HR operations. Her career reflects a progression through impactful leadership and recruitment roles across international settings, where she developed deep expertise in guiding teams and shaping HR practices. Kirsten is recognized for her ability to foster growth and resilience in individuals through coaching, mentoring, and career guidance, helping professionals adapt and thrive in complex, multicultural environments. She holds a Master’s Degree in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, equipping her with a strong foundation in international HR strategy and organizational development. She later deepened her expertise in coaching through an EMCC-accredited program at Mannaz, reflecting her commitment to personal development and leadership facilitation.

Orsolya Kékkő

Orsolya Kékkő is an adult learning and talent management specialist with over 16 years of international experience across the United Nations system and the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Talent Management Specialist at ICAO in Montreal, her portfolio includes initiatives in talent mobility, career development, employee engagement, and organisational culture. Previously, she held progressive learning, training, and change management roles at UN Headquarters in New York, where she designed and delivered large-scale learning programmes, supported organisational transformation, and strengthened staff engagement across multiple UN entities. Orsolya’s expertise spans career development programmes, change management, coaching and facilitation, and strategic learning design in complex, multicultural environments. She is recognised for her ability to connect systems-level HR initiatives with individual growth, supporting professionals and teams through transitions, mobility, and organisational change. She holds two Master’s degrees in education and international development and is certified in ORSC™ coaching, PROSCI Change Management, and PRINCE2® project management. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and Spanish, Orsolya brings a culturally sensitive and people-centred perspective to her work in global organisations.

Andrea Kienle

Andrea Kienle currently leads the Talent Development and Performance Management team at UNIDO, where she drives organization-wide learning strategies and empowers a diverse global workforce to grow and thrive. She recently celebrated her 25-year anniversary in the UN system; her career began in New York as a JPO with the UN Secretariat in the Department of Human Resources Management. She then moved to the Department of Peacekeeping Operations as part of its first dedicated training team, where she learned to build bridges across military, police, and civilian actors and developed a reputation for finding pragmatic, field-oriented solutions in complex environments. Andrea has since led learning teams across UNOV/UNODC, the OSCE, and now UNIDO, shaping talent development, strengthening organizational capabilities, and supporting cultures of continuous learning.
