Nous discuterons également des modalités de prêt, de détachement et de transfert, clarifieront certains aspects pratiques de la mobilité inter-agences et nous explorerons ensemble une liste de questions à considérer lors d’un changement d'organisation.
Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of experience in the United Nations system, including leadership roles at the International Labour Organization and ITCILO. Currently serving as Chief of Human Resources Services at ITCILO, I lead an integrated team covering talent management, HR operations, and policy. I bring deep expertise in international administrative law, organizational design, workforce planning, conflict resolution, and staff engagement.
A firm believer in kind and principled leadership, I combine legal rigor with empathy, having served both as a legal adviser to staff and a senior HR coordinator across diverse regions including Africa and the Arab States. Beyond work, I’m a father of two, a licensed private pilot, a history enthusiast, an avid traveler—and an optimist at heart.
Virginie possesses over 17 years of private-sector (Spain, Italy and Portugal) and consulting (France and Switzerland) experience in human resources as well as in International Organizations (UNESCAP, UNOG and ILO) with a specialty in Learning and Development, a BA in Psychology, a DEA in Business Administration and a post graduate degree in Studies in Advanced Management in Human Resources, Virginie is passionate about human connections and helping colleagues to grow personally and professionally.
In 2012, Virginie decided to study to become a certified coach as she was coaching informally for many years her colleagues and clients. Since she has been coaching staff members on career development and career counseling as well as offering workshops on career management.
Marika Maillot coordinates the Capability Unit (staff development and performance management) within the ILO HRD Talent Management Branch. She approaches her work (and life) with passion and energy, promoting a growth mindset and adaptability. With over 20 years of experience in the UN System, she has demonstrated mobility across various levels: functional, geographical, and inter-agency. Before joining the ILO, she worked for several years at a bank in Paris and in the French Foreign Affairs.
Katherine Meehan has been working in Human Resources, specializing in Performance and Development, for the past six years. In these sessions, She will be serving as the Chat Manager—making sure everything runs smoothly, participants feel supported, and the conversation stays productive and engaging. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can learn, connect, and grow, and she is really looking forward to being part of this experience.
