Marika Maillot coordinates the Capability Unit (staff development and performance management) within the ILO HRD Talent Management Branch. She approaches her work (and life) with passion and energy, promoting a growth mindset and adaptability. With over 20 years of experience in the UN System, she has demonstrated mobility across various levels: functional, geographical, and inter-agency. Before joining the ILO, she worked for several years at a bank in Paris and in the French Foreign Affairs.
