Halli Hart

Halli Hart is the Global Employer Branding Leader at Ingka Group | IKEA, Innovator, Future of Work specialist, entrepreneur and certified life coach through her company, Heal by Hart. Driven by a deep appetite for life, Halli’s career has been anything but linear – spanning employment across many professions, freelancing in startups, innovation consulting for major companies like MAERSK, L’Oréal, to building her own life coaching company. Halli is an advocate for a human-centric approach to the future of work. Her own journey includes overcoming significant personal challenges, which now fuel her drive to #makeworkhuman. 

Edna Sanclemente

Edna Sanclemente is a Strategic Program Leader with over a decade of experience driving global change, digital HR transformation, and cross-functional business operations across the United Nations. With a unique career path that began in banking in the late 1990s, followed by project management and entrepreneurship, Edna brings a broad and practical perspective to building future-ready organizations.
Chief of HR Systems and People Analytics Section at UNHCR.  She specializes in aligning people, technology, and data to deliver scalable systems and lasting impact—particularly through platforms like Workday and advanced people analytics. Her core strengths include Strategic Planning, Cross-functional Leadership, People Analytics, and Organizational Change—critical skills she believes will define effective leadership in the future of work. Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Betty Almonte

Betty Almonte is an accomplished Talent Management and Career Specialist with over 15 years of demonstrated success across both the private and public sectors. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and Learning & Development, she has partnered with global organizations to design and implement impactful strategies that foster individual growth and drive organizational excellence.

Her career spans key areas including Human Resources, Organizational Development, Coaching, Mentoring, Change Management, Recruitment, and Onboarding. Betty brings a results-driven approach to every initiative, consistently delivering value across complex and multicultural environments.

In her roles with the United Nations, Betty has made significant contributions to talent development and performance management. As a Career Development Experience Analyst with UNDP in New York and Copenhagen, and currently as a Talent Management and Performance Officer at UNHCR in Budapest, she has played a pivotal role in advancing growth-oriented career pathways and promoting continuous learning for staff worldwide. Her work supports the Sustainable Development Goals by championing a culture of lifelong learning and professional development.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Betty is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to realize their full potential. Her global perspective, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence make her a trusted leader in the field of talent management.
