Enhancing team communication and working styles (DiSC)

Course Objectives

In today's fast-paced world, effective teamwork is the cornerstone of success. This training course will use the DISC assessment tool to help supercharge your team’s performance and foster a harmonious work environment. DISC is a powerful instrument that provides valuable insights into individual personalities, behaviors, and communication styles. By understanding and harnessing the diverse strengths and preferences of team members, you can create a cohesive, high-performing team. ​

During the workshop, you will be able to:​

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the DISC model and its application in the workplace;​
• Explore every individual’s own DISC profile in your team to better understand their natural tendencies, communication styles and how to interact with others. ​
• Learn to recognize the unique DISC profiles of your team members and discover how these differences can be harnessed to improve collaboration and problem-solving.​
• Develop strategies for adapting your communication style to connect with team members of varying DISC profiles, reducing misunderstandings and conflicts.​
• Collaboratively design a customized action plan for your team, leveraging DISC principles to boost teamwork, productivity, and job satisfaction.​
