Course Objectives

The Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment tool is a proven method for uncovering and leveraging the unique strengths and talents of individuals. By gaining insights into your team’s 34 strengths and aligning them with organizational goals, you can drive productivity and innovation to new heights.

During the workshop, you will be able to:​

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the CliftonStrengths model, and its relevance in the workplace. ​
• Explore your own CliftonStrengths profile to identify your top talents and unique strengths, and how they influence your work and interactions with others.​
• Learn to recognize the strengths of your team members and how these strengths can be strategically combined to achieve team success. ​
• Discover how to apply CliftonStrengths principles to leadership, guiding and motivating your team toward their highest potential.
