These days, with our hectic working and personal lives, we often rush from one task to another, pushing ourselves to the point of exhaustion, only to go on annual leave and get sick, or just spend time recovering so we can come back to work and give 100% again.
You may already be aware of the importance of the mind-body connection. In the Staff Counsellor’s Office, we see how crucial it is to listen to what our bodies are telling us, so we can protect and preserve our mental health and well-being. In this session we will look at warning signs that our bodies give us to help us slow down and prioritise our health before we become overwhelmed and perhaps experience illness or burnout.
Join us to learn tips on how to take good care of yourself.
