In today’s evolving job market, standing out means looking beyond traditional career paths and identifying opportunities in emerging, high-impact areas. This session introduces the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy as it applies to career development - encouraging professionals to explore less crowded fields where their skills can meet future demands.

Drawing on insights from UN 2.0, the World Economic Forum, and other forward-looking frameworks, the session will highlight key global trends and in-demand roles across sectors such as digital transformation, sustainability, behavioural science, and strategic foresight. You will also gain an overview of the most sought-after skills of the future and learn how to assess your own strengths and align them with emerging career opportunities.

The session will conclude with a Q&A segment, offering participants the opportunity to raise questions and gain further clarity on how to navigate their own “blue ocean.”
