Due to the current situation with COVID-19, most of us are forced to change our daily habits and to work remotely full-time. This situation can be challenging as we suddenly have to live and work in the same place. Some have to take care of their children or elderly while working full-time, others might feel stuck or isolated with the restrictions in movement.

Everyone reacts differently; the uncertain situation can create feelings of anxiety and worry about the health status of yourself and loved ones and the continuation of contracts among other things. In these extraordinary times it is even more important to take care of yourself, the Staff Counsellor’s Office is here to support you.
