Katarina Posa is a career development and transition expert with over 20 years of international experience in the UN system and the private sector. She currently leads career initiatives at IOM and has previously served with IAEA, UNHCR, and UNICEF.
An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), she is trained in tools such as Motivational Maps®, Everything DiSC®, ICQ Global DISC™, Belbin® Team Roles, LEGO® Serious Play®, and PRINCE2®. Kata specialises in career development and transition, career coaching and counselling, adult learning, and team development, with experience across eight countries including the USA, Germany, Japan, China, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
Jesús is presently working for the United Nations Office at Geneva in his capacity as Chief of the Management and Communication Unit at the Centre for Learning and Multilingualism. He considers himself a life-long learner and has a multi-disciplinary background: a degree in modern languages, a post-graduate degree in pedagogy and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. The learning and development field has been his professional home for over 18 years.
In addition to his full-time job, he is the co-chair of the International Organizations Coaching Network, a forum open to internal coaches working in International Organizations based in Geneva, and The Learning Lab, a community of practice for learning managers working in the United Nations Secretariat.
Mirka is an Organisational Development psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in talent and leadership development, organisational design, DEI, and culture change in multinational corporate sectors and the UN. Mirka has a deep curiosity about people and systems and is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and embedding lasting shifts in organisational behaviour, performance, and culture. She currently leads Organisational Development for IMO and co-chairs the UN Community of Practice on Performance Management and Development. Mirka holds an MA in Consulting and Change in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches, an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology. Mirka is a certified Executive Coach, she holds Chief HR Officer Certificate from Cambridge University Judge Business School and is certified in Occupational Testing (MBTI, 16 PF, EQ)
