Rula Al Kiswani

Rula Al Kiswani is currently serving as Staff Development Coordinator, bringing over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, and Women Empowerment. As a seasoned Training Specialist, she designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive training programs in leadership and soft skills.
Her career spans impactful roles as a Training and Employment Expert with GIZ and as a Human Resources Consultant, where she has contributed to workforce development and organizational growth. Rula has also spearheaded initiatives that empower women and refugees, ensuring inclusive access to training and employment opportunities.
Complementing her practical expertise, Rula is a Certified Career Coach, Certified LEGO® Serious Play Facilitator, and Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) Facilitator.
Through her diverse experience and credentials, Rula has developed deep expertise in coaching, facilitation, and strategic learning design. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing professional development, fostering gender diversity, and building resilient organizations that thrive in dynamic environments.

Nigel GAN

Learning Portfolio Manager

Nigel Gan is a Learning Portfolio Manager at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) based in Turin, Italy, where he is responsible for senior and executive leadership training across the UN System. Before joining UNSSC, Nigel led learning and development at UNRWA and UNAIDS, and was the Leadership and Empowerment Training Portfolio Manager and Lead Instructional Designer at UNITAR. He has also held roles in several government agencies.
Nigel has successfully led various digital transformation, learning and innovation projects in the United Nations, and has developed and facilitated blended learning programmes around the world to learners from more than 120 countries, including in Afghanistan, Iraq, South Sudan and Syria. He led the launch of the UN-private sector partnership, #EducateAll, which is a free global e-learning platform which reached more than a million learners in its first year. Nigel has been a speaker and facilitator at global conferences and workshops, including for the Association for Talent Development, Deloitte, JICA, SafetyCulture and UNDESA.
Nigel is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), and an accredited Career Coach, facilitator in the Lego Serious Play methodology, Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer.
 

Michele Damone

Michele Damone is currently serving as Talent Acquisition Officer at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), where he is responsible for talent acquisition and workforce planning. A member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a published author on leadership coaching, Michele brings over 15 years of experience in reshaping talent landscapes across the international public and private sectors, including senior roles at the IAEA, Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), and the European Commission. Throughout his career, Michele has pioneered high-impact organizational transformations and "fit-for-purpose" talent strategies spanning over 90 countries. He is recognized for his ability to merge data-driven HR analytics with human-centric design, having successfully implemented global skills taxonomies, Board-level succession frameworks, and large-scale cultural change initiatives. His work is centered on building resilient, high-performance cultures that bridge the gap between current organizational capabilities and the evolving demands of the future of work. Michele is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a specialist in strategic organizational design. He is currently advancing his expertise through doctoral-level training in Organizational Psychotherapy, focusing on the intersection of clinical psychological insights and organizational behavior. This unique dual lens allows him to address complex workplace dynamics with a deep understanding of human performance, internal mobility, and well-being. Michele is dedicated to empowering international workforces through coaching-led leadership and a commitment to fostering inclusive, future-ready organizations.
