Michele Damone is currently serving as Talent Acquisition Officer at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), where he is responsible for talent acquisition and workforce planning. A member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a published author on leadership coaching, Michele brings over 15 years of experience in reshaping talent landscapes across the international public and private sectors, including senior roles at the IAEA, Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), and the European Commission. Throughout his career, Michele has pioneered high-impact organizational transformations and "fit-for-purpose" talent strategies spanning over 90 countries. He is recognized for his ability to merge data-driven HR analytics with human-centric design, having successfully implemented global skills taxonomies, Board-level succession frameworks, and large-scale cultural change initiatives. His work is centered on building resilient, high-performance cultures that bridge the gap between current organizational capabilities and the evolving demands of the future of work. Michele is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a specialist in strategic organizational design. He is currently advancing his expertise through doctoral-level training in Organizational Psychotherapy, focusing on the intersection of clinical psychological insights and organizational behavior.
