Her career spans more than 15 years across the United Nations system and the private sector, with a strong focus on staff development, performance management, organizational development, and process optimization. She has held international roles in Buenos Aires, Frankfurt, New York, Nairobi, and now Bonn, combining strategic thinking with a strong people-centered approach to strengthen teams, improve ways of working, and support organizational change.
For more than two decades, Lea has accumulated extensive global experience in Organisational Development and Human Resources across various industries, including large-scale private and nongovernmental corporations. Her expertise lies in supporting organisations through cultural and business transformations, both as a consultant and an internal transformation leader. She has successfully led diverse teams to achieve higher performance and engagement in the USA, Qatar, and Denmark.

Currently working as Learning and Development Manager at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome, he leads initiatives focused on strengthening organizational capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting leadership development. Nabeel has driven several large-scale HR and learning transformation initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and innovative approaches to enhance talent development and organizational impact. His work reflects a strong commitment to building agile, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
Luisa Goldberg is an experienced HR manager and leader with over 15 years of professional experience in international corporate environments, particularly in the automotive industry. Her expertise focuses on talent acquisition, HR transformation, process and project management, as well as the implementation of global HR IT solutions.
