Based in Bonn, she currently works with UNAIDS, where she leads initiatives in performance management, learning design, staff engagement, and culture transformation.
Her career spans more than 15 years across the United Nations system and the private sector, with a strong focus on staff development, performance management, organizational development, and process optimization. She has held international roles in Buenos Aires, Frankfurt, New York, Nairobi, and now Bonn, combining strategic thinking with a strong people-centered approach to strengthen teams, improve ways of working, and support organizational change.
