This panel brings together representatives from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the International Vaccine Institute (IVI) to explore recruitment strategies across purpose-driven organizations operating at the forefront of global development. Carmen Goudalle

Carmen Goudalle is a Canadian national who graduated from MacEwan University with a specialization in HR Management and has over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. Carmen’s career has spanned between the public sector, working as an HR Advisor for the Department of National Defense in Canada, to HR consulting in the private sector, working for EY (Ernst & Young), in both the Netherlands and in France. She was also deployed on a mission to Kandahar, Afghanistan in 2010, under NATO. 

Carmen is currently a Talent Management Advisor in OECD where she acts as a project manager for major corporate HR reform projects. She began working with OECD in 2021 as an HR Business Partner, where she was responsible for advising staff and management on corporate policies and processes.
