Draga Paskova

Draga Paskova is a HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently she is the Head of Talent Planning and Acquisition at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where she leads a team of 13 members and oversees the recruitment and selection processes for an international organization with over 2,200 employees. 

In her tenure at UNIDO, Draga has held roles as Recruitment and Outreach Officer and Learning and Development Officer. Before joining UNIDO, she spent 19 years as an HR Manager in the private sector in Bulgaria, leading HR functions in companies across the automotive, insurance, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Her initiatives have transformed organizational culture, enhanced leadership capabilities, and improved employee engagement.

Draga holds a Master of Science in Management & Administration and is pursuing Bachelor's in Psychology. She is certified expert in DISC-based psychometric tool and Human Synergistics methodology for Organizational Culture Management.

In 2025, the Talent Acquisition team reduced the time to hire by 18% and processed over 1000 recruitments annually, earning the 2024 Special Team Award from the Managing Director of Corporate Services in UNIDO.
 

Hina Javed

Hina Javed is an HR professional with over a decade of experience in both national and international contexts. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and has worked in the UN and development organizations, including WHO, UNDP, DAI, Save the Children USA, and The Palladium Group. In her most recent roles with UNIDO and WHO, she was part of the Global Sourcing and Recruitment team. Hina has experience working in emergency settings, showing her commitment to manage HR functions under challenging conditions.

Currently at UNIDO, Hina specializes in talent acquisition, recruitment, and outreach initiatives. She is dedicated to implementing best HR practices, advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and identifying diverse talent. Hina has led initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a positive work environment. She was awarded a Certificate of Special Recognition for her outstanding performance at CO UNDP.
 

Monika Ivic

Human Resources professional with expertise in talent acquisition practices. She holds a master’s degree in German as Second and Foreign Language from the University of Vienna and a HR Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, United Kingdom.

Based in Austria, she currently serves at UNIDO as Associate Human Resources Officer. Previously she worked for IAEA as Recruitment and Human Resources Associate. Before her tenure at the IAEA, she had an assignment as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the OPEC Fund for International Development and a 7-years work experience in the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) with a focus on talent acquisition.

Monika is fluent in Croatian, English and German, and fosters inclusive environments at the workplace.
