Fabiana Biasini

Fabiana Biasini has over two decades of experience in building capacities for UN staff, partners, and government officials. She has designed and implemented successful learning and development strategies and programs at UN organizations such as FAO, WFP, UNDP, and UNICEF, where she currently leads the Global Learning Centre.

As a certified Gallup strengths coach, leadership coach, and facilitator, she works closely with managers, teams, and individual staff to help them tap into their unique strengths and manifest their full potential. Fabiana is also dedicated to the growth and well-being of her team and UNICEF colleagues, designing and promoting group coaching and mentoring initiatives.

With a background as an internationally recognized concert pianist, Fabiana brings a creative spirit and attention to detail to her role as a learning manager.

Tibor Trencsényi

Tibor Trencsényi is a Learning and Development professional and facilitator, with almost 10 years of experience at UNICEF, currently heading a team of instructional designers in UNICEF’s Global Learning Centre. He has been active in supporting staff learning and career development through designing and delivering learning activities and events focusing on personal growth and transferable skills.

Tibor’s team specializes in Virtual Instructor Led training sessions broadcast live from a studio using green screen technology, providing engaging learning experiences to new staff joining the organization as well as staff wishing to improve skills in public speaking or client service orientation. He has led a number of initiatives to turn conventional training approaches into engagement-focused practice-oriented learning experiences. Tibor also facilitates career development workshops organized by the People and Learning Section of UNICEF’s Global Shared Services Centre.
