The goal of this course is to focus on the news to express opinions and develop informal conversation at advanced level.
This course covers international weekly news. You will participate in a mass media news review during the first part of the lesson and then go into more depth in the discussion of a specific theme.
You will study a wide range of media in Chinese language and talk about international news. You will expand your vocabulary, activate grammar skills and develop spontaneous speaking. You will learn how to summarize and present information and respond to other people's opinions.
There is no formal evaluation. Completion requirement: attendance at a minimum of eight sessions.
