Course Objectives

Do you end the day feeling that you have not done what is on your to-do list? Do you struggle to manage your time? Are you overwhelmed by the number of emails in your mailbox?

Managing the time we dedicate to our tasks and projects and maximize our productivity is becoming more and more challenging because of constantly changing priorities and last-minute requests. Time management is not only about how we use our time, but specially about how we use our energy and how we say no to time-wasters.

By the end of the eWorkshop, you will have:

  • Explored what gets in the way of being more effective at work;
  • Identified one to three solutions you will apply differently;
  • Created a plan to help yourself succeed.


The eWorkshop consists of 3 webinars with a series of interactive and practical exercises. The webinars will be held over a period of 2 to 3 weeks, with participants asked to do some preparation between sessions.
