Parking badge for vehicles and/or ground pass

Procedure for obtaining a UNOG parking badge for a vehicle or a UNOG grounds pass:

Due to the renovation of the Pregny Pavilion, the Pass & ID badging service has been relocated to the Villa Les Feuillantines.

1. UN staff and staff members of specialized agencies in possession of a valid grounds pass to access UNOG: you can pick up a parking authorization from the UNOG Security ID Unit,  Villa Les Feuillantines, on the Friday before the start date of the courses upon presentation of your language course invitation letter, official photo ID badge, your vehicle documents (carte grise/insurance papers), and valid passports of countries recognized by the United Nations and identity cards from Schengen countries. National identity cards of other countries and driving licenses will no longer be accepted.

 

2. Staff members of other organizations who do not possess an official photo ID badge will need to present their language course invitation letter and valid passports of countries recognized by the United Nations and identity cards from Schengen countries in order to be issued with a grounds pass at the UNOG Security ID Unit,  Villa Les Feuillantines, This will enable you to enter the grounds of the Palais des Nations on foot (access in a vehicle is not authorized). Holders of these badges will only have access to the Bocage Pavillon and to the public areas of the Palais des Nations.

Following issuance of a badge, access to the Palais des Nations will be through the Peace Gate “bis”, a new temporary access screening point. Please refer to the following plans indicating the location of Villa Les Feuillantines and how to access the premises through the Peace Gate "bis".
