This course focuses on strengthening oral communication skills by revising key topics from Basic 6, 7, 8 and 9 through interactive speaking and listening practice.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
understand short documents from work and daily life: advertisements, emails, social media, etc.
understand key information in short audio or video files (e.g. dialogues, instructions, interviews, documentaries)
interact socially: make an appointment, invite, accept or decline an invitation, express wishes and congratulations, interact on the phone or on social media, etc.
exchange information to discuss everyday topics, describing people, places, activities, projects, personal and professional experiences, and talk about events
take part in an informal discussion about familiar topics or of personal interest
