Coaching Skills for Managers

Course objectives

The overall purpose of this workshop is to enable participants to strengthen their communication and management skills using coaching techniques. This practical training will help managers and supervisors develop new competencies to optimize the way they lead, contribute to the achievement of organizational goals, and help their teams grow.
