Gabriel Tuan

Gabriel Tuan is currently the Manager for Learning and Development for UN Women. His focus is on both creating collective leadership and team capacity to enable transformative systems change and providing holistic coaching and career coaching that integrates holistic learning, mindfulness, system thinking and participatory approaches.

He brings 25 years of experience with UN Women, UNICEF, UNRWA, OCHA, and DPKO across multiple duty stations helping staff, teams and senior leaders to operate effectively to deliver results in complex, emergency, protracted and post conflict settings.
 

Silvia Märkli García

Silvia Märkli García es una profesional experimentada de las Naciones Unidas con más de 17 años de experiencia, de los cuales más de 15 los ha dedicado a la Organización. Ha trabajado en diferentes entidades y sedes de las Naciones Unidas, entre ellas la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y ONU Mujeres, lo que le ha permitido adquirir una amplia experiencia en recursos humanos y desarrollo internacional. 
Actualmente ocupa el cargo de Responsable de Recursos Humanos en la sede de ONU Mujeres en Nueva York, donde asesora a altos cargos de todas las regiones sobre la gestión estratégica del talento, planeación del personal y relaciones con los empleados. Silvia ha dirigido numerosos procesos de reclutamiento y selección en contextos internacionales complejos y ha formado con éxito a responsables de contratación y comités de selección en técnicas de entrevista basadas en competencias. Su experiencia en prácticas de entrevista se basa tanto en sus conocimientos técnicos como en su compromiso con decisiones de contratación justas, inclusivas y de gran impacto.
 

Lara Martinez Gonzalez

Transformative Leader/ Career Development Architect

Lara  is a transformative leader and a career development architect passionate about helping organizations to create a suitable environment that will enable people to grow and maximize their impact. Nowadays, she is the Global Director of Talent Intelligence at AstraZeneca being responsible for implementing AI and Skills-based data across all AZ Talent Processes. Across her career, she has held global roles with an increasing degree of responsibility in HR Transformations, Talent Management, and Learning and Development across multiple industries. Before joining the private sector, Lara worked in Academia for the European Commission on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Lara holds a BSc on Psychology, a BSc on Employee Relations, a MSc on Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, a Harvard Certificate on Strategic Management and a Columbia Executive Coaching accreditation. After 10 years in the US, she is now based in Barcelona, but most of the time you will find her carrying a suitcase somewhere around the world.
