Lucia Carrera is a Talent Management Specialist in the Human Resources Division of the World Food Programme (WFP). She supports global talent initiatives, including the rollout of WFP’s behavioural competencies framework, the design of leadership programmes, and the strengthening of the organizational culture. Lucia also serves as an internal coach, supporting staff through transitions and change. With over 16 years of experience across the UN system and private sector, she brings strong expertise in culture change, learning design, and people analytics. She holds a Specialization in Positive Psychology frLom the University of Pennsylvania, a Strategic HR Management Certificate from Cornell University, and a BA in Economics.
