Erin Bowser
Erin is currently an HR Officer in the Career Development and Transition Unit at IOM, with over 20 years of diverse experience across talent management, communications, programme management, external relations, and migration policy—bringing a broad, practical understanding of how careers evolve within complex, mission‑driven organisations. She regularly designs and facilitates career development learning experiences for global audiences. Her facilitation approach emphasizes structured reflection, peer learning, and practical tools that help participants step back, make sense of their career journeys, and reconnect their skills, values, and aspirations to real opportunities.
Erin is a certified Leadership Coach and CCS Licensed Balance™ Coach and holds an MA in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and BA in Political Science and German from Susquehanna University.
