For more than two decades, Lea has accumulated extensive global experience in Organisational Development and Human Resources across various industries, including large-scale private and nongovernmental corporations. Her expertise lies in supporting organisations through cultural and business transformations, both as a consultant and an internal transformation leader. She has successfully led diverse teams to achieve higher performance and engagement in the USA, Qatar, and Denmark.

Lea worked with the United Nations in New York from 2015-2018 as Chief of Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development Section and from 2019-2020 as an independent consultant for UN City Copenhagen.
