Mirek Pospisil leads LinkedIn’s public policy and macro-economic research in France. He is responsible for driving LinkedIn’s public policy strategy and spearheading macroeconomic research that leverages LinkedIn’s unique digital mapping of the labour market - known as the Economic Graph.
He oversees research initiatives focused on workforce skills transformation, under the effects of digitalisation and the integration of AI-driven solutions, and pathways toward sustainable economic growth. Mirek forges strategic partnerships that leverage LinkedIn’s extensive labour market expertise, delivering actionable insights and recommendations on emerging trends to help organisations and policymakers anticipate and navigate future workforce changes.
Before joining LinkedIn, Mirek advised international companies on European regulatory matters and strategic communications in Brussels and across the EU. He holds degrees from the College of Europe in Bruges and Charles University in Prague, an MBA from IAE Lyon, and several professional certifications earned in the United States.
