Malak has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. She has been working at the International Labour Organization (ILO) since 2015, bringing expertise in recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, career support training as well as outreach activities. In addition to experience with the ILO, she has also worked with NGOs, educational institutions and national government organisations. Malak is a Certified Leadership Coach and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
