Richard Wolstenholme
Richard Wolstenholme brings over two decades of HR experience across international and governmental organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked in a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, career development, and performance management. Before joining the OSCE, Richard served at UNICEF’s Copenhagen office, and earlier held positions with organizations such as the World Food Programme and the International Atomic Energy Agency. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Durham University in the United Kingdom.
