Tiina Likki, PhD, is an applied behavioural scientist with over a decade of experience in advising organizations and governments to achieve impact. Her current position in the Transformation team in WHO headquarters is focused on evidence-based organizational change and implementation of the Transformation agenda. Her previous WHO work had a country focus, supporting governments solve issues ranging from vaccine uptake to healthy habits. Before joining WHO, she advised HR leaders and conducted large-scale trials on data-driven organizational change and gender equality.
