The OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) training course aims to promote an increasingly safe and healthy working environment within our organization.
Organized over two afternoons, it will enable staff members to acquire, from experts, essential knowledge and practical skills to identify, prevent, and reduce occupational risks in compliance with current regulations.

Objectives
By the end of this training, you will :
- Gain a clear understanding what OSH is in the UN system and speciallly UNOG
- Learn about the structure of the UN OSH Management System
- Discover the business case and rationale for the organizational commitment to invest in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
- Recognize the importance of addressing both the physical and psychosocial work environment through a comprehensive approach to OSH, including staff wellbeing.
- Get acquainted with the OSH Risk Management Process (4 specific risks will be addressed with examples and 2 small exercises)
- Learn how incidents and near misses are reported and managed in the Palais des Nations
- Know what measures are in place at UNOG in case of an emergency
