Core people management skills for managers and supervisors

Course Objectives

This highly practical and interactive training program addresses the main concepts required for effective people management.  It will be composed of brief theoretical presentations, up-to-date relevant inputs on Neuroscience research related to management, individual reflection, group exercises, discussions, brainstorming, role & real plays and experience exchange.
