Fatoumata BALDE joined UNDP Mali as HR Analyst in 2020 with 22 years’ experience acquired in international companies in the private sector, particularly in consulting firms, banks, mining & oil, and NGOs always occupying a dual role of "Legal and Human Resources Manager".
She’s the Talent Development Manager, People for 2030 champion, and PSEA focal point for UNDP Mali. She has gained solid experience in HR management, talent development, and promoting gender equality. In her day-to-day role she says I am “learning and changing through contact with my colleagues”
