Rishan Mohamed is the Founder and CEO of HiringCoachAI. A serial entrepreneur, he previously built the data analytics firm JumpYield after working in management consulting and at Google. With over a decade of experience in AI, digital strategy, and product innovation, Rishan harnesses technology to develop practical solutions for real-world challenges. His work fuses data-driven insights with human-centered design to drive meaningful change. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BA from Stanford University. Outside of work, Rishan volunteers his time with Humanity First Guyana, was once an extra in a major Hollywood film, and survived a shark attack while surfing in the Galápagos Islands.
