She has worked with different UN entities and locations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) and UN Women, gaining extensive expertise in Human Resources and international development.

Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at UN Women Headquarters in New York, she has advised senior leadership across regions on strategic talent management, staffing, and employee relations.
