Bhagyashree Sagar is an interdisciplinary professional with over 10 years of experience at the intersection of international communications, public policy analysis, and project management. In her current role as an Associate Fellow for the Senior and Executive Leadership portfolio at UNSSC– she works in curating accessible learning for adults, especially senior women leaders and designing dynamic communication strategies.

She has previously taught master's programmes in Paris as a management and communications trainer, covering subjects like project management frameworks, digital marketing, and analytics. In addition, she has worked in a public affairs and communications role for OECD.

Bhagyashree has also been a political journalist and news editor in India, leading large national news teams in leading print and broadcast media. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris and a Post Graduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi, and additionally holds facilitator certifications for DiSC workstyle assessment and the Lego Serious Play methodology. She is bilingual, speaking English and Hindi, with advanced proficiency in French.
