Marta Fernandez de Mazarambroz
Human Resources professional with extensive years of expertise in Human Resources Management in both public and private sectors. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as a CIPD certification in Human Resources Management.
Based in Austria, she currently serves at UNIDO as Senior Coordinator – HR and People Strategy. Previously she worked for CTBTO as Head, Recruitment and Staff Development. Prior positions include her role as Chief of Talent Acquisition at the OSCE. Marta is also the co-founder of the Human Resources Practitioners Network for International Organizations in Vienna, demonstrating her commitment to fostering professional networks.
In the private sector, her roles included being the Director of Human Resources at NH Hoteles Group for the Business Unit in Central Europe, where she managed recruitment, learning and development programs, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Marta is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and brings a diverse and international perspective to her work.
