Chipo Nsalamina Simuusa is an aviation professional with experience spanning aviation regulatory oversight, international operations and airline operations. She first began her professional career as an Airworthiness Engineer at the Zambia Civil Aviation Authority and later as an Aviation Quality and Safety Officer. In 2020, she joined the United Nations MONUSCO mission in the DRC as a UNV working as an Air Operations Assistant, in a dynamic, multicultural environment alongside civilian and military personnel. For one year now, Chipo has been working at Norse Atlantic Airways as a Compliance Monitoring Auditor in Flight Operations, being a part of the team that ensures flight operations are conducted in compliance with EASA regulations and supporting departmental leadership when needed. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to aviation safety, compliance, auditing and performance. In her spare time, she commits to lifelong learning and enjoys watching a good game of any team sport.
