During this period of remote working, we need to develop personal self-management skills. When we work away from the office, we need to properly learn how to manage our time, energy and space. The balance between being fulfilled professionally and personally while working at home can be a challenge for many.
The eWorkshop on Managing myself and my Home Office offers facilitated sessions tailored to help staff members develop a structure that can allow them to set some boundaries between their personal and professional environment, to keep energy to an optimal level and to respect their needs as individuals.
During the eWorkshop, participants will learn how to:
- Organize and plan their time and home office
- Define their personal remote working style
- Set and work towards professional objectives, goals and results
- Motivate and reward oneself
- Manage their own levels of energy
The training consists of three (3) webinars of 1 hours and 30 minutes with a series of interactive and practical exercises. The webinars will be held over a period of two weeks,with pre-work assignments before and between the three sessions.
