The goal of this course is to develop your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. We will also revise essential grammar and vocabulary points at advanced level.
You will learn how to talk about yourself, your world, and your domestic and professional life at advanced level through various topics including humanitarian affairs, intercultural awareness and societal issues. You will also improve your ability to manage or participate in professional and social interactions; describe, analyse and narrate experiences; speculate and hypothesize about situations and events; and express and justify viewpoints at advanced level.
You will learn with a communicative approach, interacting with other students. You will also learn strategies for improving your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. In addition to attendance in class, you will also have an hour a week of autonomous tasks to complete.
Those attending regularly, completing course tasks and being successful on the progress tests will pass the course. The teacher will determine the appropriate level to pass to: either Level 8 or 9.
