Course Objective

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • describe places (e.g. cities, countries), business and cultural events and basic activities during a trip using modal verbs and verbs of motion
  • write a postcard or an email describing a trip
  • describe basic types of illness and a visit to the doctor
  • write a short letter informing someone
  • book a hotel room by phone
  • book a plane or train ticket at a booking office
Format: 
3hrs of virtual classes + 1hr of autonomous online activities per week
