20 September – 22 October: Inspiring Women Leaders (IWL) designed for women with at least 5 years professional experience. 16.5 hours ‘face to face’ sessions between 09.30 and 15.30 CET facilitated by our expert team plus group sessions to share challenges and experiences of putting the learning into practice. 1 – 26 November: Leverage Diversity for Incresed Performance (LDTP) designed for managers and leaders of teams and organisations. 8 hours ‘face to face’ sessions between 15.00 and 17.00 CET plus online videos, resources and self-paced reflection. The course is structured around ‘Reflect’, ‘Act’ and Commit’ and is both conceptual - guiding participants through key concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; and practical - concrete tools to lead more inclusively and effectively, navigating tensions that arise from diversity.
