Course Objectives

Are you a manager leading a team?

Would you like to find answers to challenges you face in your work?

Would you like to see different results of recurring problems you encounter in your daily activities?

A typical Action Learning session involves describing the problem brought to the Action Learning group, asking open questions, reflecting on the discussion, deciding what actions to take, reporting back to the participants and reflecting on the process. The sessions are based on peer support with a coaching approach.

Action Learning is for you if:

  • you are a manager leading a team;
  • you like learning by doing;
  • you wish to develop a network of peers who will support you;
  • you want to find creative solutions to deal with your professional challenges with the help of your peers.
